Gloucester City Queens announce the addition of training camp trialists Sandra Hewakowska, Razia Safari, Kirsty Russell and Kimberley Wilkes. Having spent three weeks with the team they have been offered the opportunity to be with the team for the season.
Queens coach, Jay Marriott said:
"It was my pleasure to offer these four an opportunity to get valuable experience in the WBBL with us. They have given their all in the time they have been with us and I'm sure that will continue. Each one of them have individual goals set by myself but the unified aim is to push their way into the rotation at some point in the season, which they are all capable of doing with hard work and dedication."
This is welcome news as the Queens continue preparations for this weekends cup games against Cardiff Met Archers and Leicester Riders, finishing the group competition on Wednesday against the Oakland Wolves.
