Osas-Maxwell finds a home with the Queens

Gloucester City Queens announce the signing of versatile forward Bianca Osas-Maxwell. The London born forward spent time in the USA with Olivet College and Shaw University before COVID sadly derailed hopes of playing professionally. Osas-Maxwell now hopes to get back to best and build on somewhere she feels she has belonged all along.

Gloucester City Queens Head Coach, Jay Marriott said:

"Bianca came up for a trial a few weeks ago, whilst needing to work on being in game shape, she really impressed me. We had a few things logistically to work on but delighted to now get this move over the line. What I love about the game of basketball are the journey's and Bianca has battled to get back here and I see her becoming a success. For me her versatility is really interesting for us as a team, she has a high basketball IQ and a great person so I'm excited about what she can bring to this roster."

Bianca Osas-Maxwell will be available for today's home league game against Cardiff Met Archers.
